ABOUT ROGER
After qualifying from Bristol Vet School in 1992, Roger spent a number of years in general practice specialising in
farm animals to begin with and later, horses. In 1995
he began using magnets initially to prove to himself that they
didn't work. Following a number of unexpected results (!) he
began using them in his work to great effect and was featured
in Farmers Weekly magazine for work with downer cows.
Since then he has further explored the holistic
way of treatment and was the first Vet to routinely use Scenar Therapy
for animals. His successes range from severe burns on a pig to cats
with kidney failure, although the majority of his work is now involved
with treating all types of horses for injuries, and often their owners
too!

Top riders are now recognising the great potential to use Roger's Scenar services to "high performance tune" their horses.
Horses in top level intensive work benefit from treatment by quicker
and more effective recovery from training sessions and competitions.
Minor imbalances are prevented from developing into more major ones
and the likelihood of injuries is significantly reduced.
Scenar therapy has taken Roger internationally, mostly to the
USA, where he has treated both horses and people and taught Scenar
therapy.
Roger regularly treats people for injuries
old and new including bad backs, sore joints and sports injuries.
The Daily Mail reported Roger's success in treating England international
rugby player Mike Catt. Medical conditions can also be treated.
Roger continues to source different technologies
from around the world to improve treatment options and stay at the
forefront of veterinary advancements in Energy Medicine. The e-Lybra® 8
was added to his arsenal of treatments in 2003 and has had great success with using it for a wide range of problems including allergies such as
Sweetitch, COPD and skin reactions.
More information on Scenar and e-Lybra® and its related
technologies can be found on the "Therapies"
pages.
Most recently, Roger is using a new sound therapy unit developed in Canada to very successfully treat people with arthritis. Preliminary combination
treatments with Scenar have proven very beneficial.
Performance optimisation has
always been an interest of Roger's. He now consults for Sporting
Edge UK Ltd with regard to altitude training equipment for horses.
Roger had a brief but
successful TV career with a series of appearances for Channel 5's Pets Go Public
with Peter Purvis winning £1000 divided between 6 different animal
charities. Roger has had a number of editorial articles featured in
Absolute Horse magazine and a feature article
on his use of Scenar in the December 2003 issue of Horse
magazine. He has also had articles he has written published
in Positive Health and more recently Pacemaker.
Outside his interest in health
Roger also takes an active interest in helping to promote and find
funding for new technologies or projects that have humanitarian or
ecological applications. His present ones include funding
further research into the Podkletnov
Effect, a new technique for welding plastics and the use of algae to
reduce atmospheric CO2 whilst producing
fertilizer.
